Brian Onish

Brian is the Business Development Representative for NJ. He oversees organic growth in multiple verticals, develops partnerships in the NJ market, creates maintenance agreements, and supports senior operations, sales, marketing, and production. He also serves as a direct contact and mediator between organizations, prioritizing customer service and servant leadership. He worked at GroundsCare for six months and previously held positions such as Operations Manager, Risk Specialist, and National Account Relationship Manager. Brian’s future goals are to lead a business development team, open a northern NJ branch, and establish it as the top-performing office within GroundsCare. His favorite thing about working at GroundsCare is the family atmosphere and company culture. Outside of work, Brian enjoys writing his book, conducting Air Corps historical research, identifying and repatriating WW2 artifacts, traveling with his wife, and spending time with his dog.
