Danielle Mattei is GroundsCare Landscape’s CFO, overseeing day-to-day finances and systems. She has been an integral part of the team for 13 years, joining in April of 2010. As the first employee in the office, Danielle managed various duties, including processing payroll, managing vendors and client billing, setting up phones and computer systems, developing and implementing new policies and procedures, training new employees on software, and implementing client services, including a 24/7 hotline. Her goal is to continue building GroundsCare and bringing in talented individuals for long-term careers. Danielle particularly enjoys seeing projects come to fruition. In her free time, she plays with her pet rats, Rosie and Rue.
