Doug has been our Fleet manager since 2017. He is responsible for maintaining and overseeing all landscaping and snow vehicles and equipment, from our largest wheel loaders down to the weedwhackers. During snow season, this expands to also include the management of brine creation, sales, and distribution. Doug has been in landscaping his entire life, and prior to GroundsCare, he worked with his parents at their landscaping company, where he learned how important details and consistency are to customers and employees. In the next few years, Doug’s goal is to phase out gas-powered equipment entirely and improve the snow removal processes. He enjoys the fast pace at GroundsCare, the ability to update technology, and keep our team at the highest possible level of performance. Outside of work, Doug enjoys spending time down the shore with his family, wife Dana, and son Ryan.
