Yasmine Abouelkheir works as GroundsCare’s HR Specialist, Recruiter, and Payroll Manager. Her daily duties include checking Indeed for new candidates, scheduling interviews, ensuring managers are logging crew members’ daily times, ensuring safety procedures and inspections for all crew members, and completing payroll by Wednesday weekly. She has been with GroundsCare for four months. She has years of experience in the administrative field, having worked as a receptionist, supervisor, on-site HR representative, makeup & hair artist, and cook. Yasmine plans to expand her recruiting knowledge in the coming years, helping to bring in the right people as GroundsCare grows. She enjoys helping others and looks forward to her future with the company. Outside work, Yasmine loves spending time with her puppies Luna and Kobe, watching Friends, cooking, and hanging out with her girls.
